    This buttercream is yummy, fluffy and silky. Not too sweet. I use this in most of my cakes and cupcakes. Can be flavour to suit your taste.

    Thanks for sharing recipe .My customers complain my buttercream is too sweet..i really want to try swiss buttercream but butter is really expensive in my country africa can i use shortening and margarine

    Why did you add icing sugar? Please what’s the function of the icing sugar? I’ve seen lots of recipes and none has icing sugar

    Thank You for this recipe and demonstration. Can you please tell me if the chilled butter has to be added once meringue comes to room temp?

      I use chilled butter but not rock hard. You must wait until the meringue has cooled down
