I FOUND MY PEOPLE FINALLY 😭 GIRL, I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR YOU MY WHOLE LIFE But in return, I came across people with typical dark olive, medium olive and pale olive but with a cool undertone. I have a light olive undertone which leaves a pale yellow cast on me as a surface tone. and I am a dark autumn ( also a soft natural). I am so grateful I came across your channel🥺
I just bought a Mac Avant Garnet lipstick and it's the best shade I ever tried for my light olive skin. I'm a winter colour type though. You should give it a shot as well 😊
I am also a dark autumn. It is so strange to be my age and just figure out that I actually have an olive tone. I remember as a kid everyone would say I had olive skin, but I was also darker back then. I looked tan all the time. As I got older, my skin lightened, and it became difficult to find foundation that wasn't too peach or pink. Or too BRIGHT, if that makes sense. Makeup people were telling me I was neutral but leaned warm. I was excited when more brands started making yellow tones because that was at least closer to my shade. Then I got into Korean beauty. Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream in 23 has been my shade for years, and it looks gray as heck when it isn't blended in. I am an artist, and yet it didn't occur to me that the grayish tone in that formula was from green/blue pigments blending with the pink/peach pigments in the mix. Duh. A lot of the reviews for this specific brand and color complained about the gray, but it looked just fine on me. Anyway, I appreciate you! I just decluttered my blushes and lipsticks to get rid of the colors I know I can't wear. I had kept them in my denial, but now I am free!
I need this!!! I‘m very pale olive toned (even paler than you), nobody talks about us!😭 you should try the shade local celeb, it’s a brick/rusty red from mac.❤️
I love temptalia, whenever something works on my lips, I look into dupes right away hahahahah so I can see more options. About red colors, Phoenix by Kosas is now my favorite red that works with or without a tan.
I come from Sicily and I actually have pale, cool undertones olive skin, dark eyes and hair. Very interesting, I still not sure I d look good with warm tones
Is there any way i can figure out if im also olive? Im a 1N00 or 1r02 in mufe hd skin. Mac nc15 runs yellow on me. Ive used velvet teddy and mehr. Mehr is better on me. I always use a super light hand with any and all makeup otherwise i look like a clown. I thought i was a summer light/summer mute type. I purchased romand very berry pink tint, and i really like it. My friend says she still thinks im warm. Ive found neutral reds like Peeling angdoo look best on me I am wondering if im a light olive? Can anybody help a sister out please 🙏 😅
Based on your foundations it would seem you have a cooler undertone. Constance Wu is a good example of someone who has warm overtone but may have a cool undertone. Cool colors look great on her while warm tones can seem off. In my experience olive tones pull off metallics really well while mattes can fall a little flat. I would see how you feel in cool metallic clothing. If you notice your face first and the metallic second, my guess is that you have olive.
@@jsmnlee God bless you endlessly 💖 You are very kind ♡ this is such a succinct explanation. You even provided an example of constance wu. And a way I could test it out myself with metallics. Your response was incredibly helpful and I am genuinely touched by it 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 Thank you very much 💝
I’m not sure if I’m a warm or dark autumn. I’m 95 percent sure I’m dark autum, but I hate peach and coral colors I love those dusty mauves that are more unflattering on me. Do you have a video on blushes?!
A dupe for Russian red which I find is BETTER in all ways , coverage , staying , price , vibrancy , I can eat and have a full day and it will stay on , it’s matte but isn’t at ALL drying, and it is the ONLY red I’ve always gone back to because it makes me look healthy, even when I have chapped lips it’s quite forgiving , is Milani matte confident . I would give up all my other lipsticks (bite liquorice holds my heart too) and could just live with this one , it’s cute if I want to do a smudged Korean style lip or if I want to do a full coverage. It’s the blue red but the undertone is so oh my god , everything else looks too pink or horrid on me compared to this lol.

Finalmente una con i miei colori
So fun and helpful! Perfect timing too; on the hunt for new lipsticks coming out of what feels like 12 months of hibernation 💄✨
Yes 🙌🏼 masks coming off and now we got to figure it all out again

You could probably pull off the cooler and neutral tones on this list really well! Thanks for watching ☺️

Milani makes some great products, I’ll have to check that out
Please do! I’m the same undertone as you and it’s my holy grail. I’m very curious on your take for which blushes suit us best.
Or you can be like me and use a random beauty counter mini lip gloss in plum
I have olive skin but my lips are quite pale and purplish so ruby woo turns bright fuchsia/hot pink on me and makes me look like a clown 🤡🤡🤡
Yes! Ruby woo looks fkn AWFUL on me. I know I’m a pale pale olive, but I still don’t understand my undertone very well 😅
You look pale not olive at all here 😮
