It's really interesting to see how the staging was designed to be logistic, like how Ukraine's platform is a puzzle, and how the screen floor have visual aid to show the crews where precisely the thing should be placed.
It's impressive how much they have to do and how quickly! And they managed to do it even though it would seem that, according to this video, not everything went perfectly! This must have been so stressful. Everything seemed perfect from the TV audience perspective! Amazing work!

2011 in Germany had laser projectors on the roof that projected visual aids for the stage crew onto the floor, I imagine they had a similar setup for 2018 considering they probably expected it to have prop-heavy staging with there being no LED screen
In 2016 they used the led floor to show prop positions as well as starting positions for the acts. The led floor also showed arrows where to exit when the song finished. Probably so the artist/s wouldn’t collide with the incoming crew. I also remember they had a team of probably 5-10 ppl who came out and mopped the floor after each act.

I remember when i was live in Sockholm 2016 and was really impressed by their work, but with the equitment from 2021, it`s stunning, and I think, every year it`s gonna to be a little more
I am in the circus and even as an artist whe always need to help set stage up because whe are a youth circus and whe cant let our trainers do everything and i now how hard it can be sometimes
