The ca ain't fully connect. In usf4 if a ultra didn't fully connect you could combo off of it. Same with kage in 5 and Ryu and Ken in 6.

Punks not in CPT, Blanka made sure of that, Punk is one of the best players, but until he gets his attitude in check with his skills, he will always fail, because karma always hits you in your best moments. Like when he called Xiaohai the worst player in the FGC and he came back and beat punk 3-0.
