When you restore your device it restores the maleware , bloatware hack CMD like brute force or porting out your wifi, Usually through social media, tainted email your phone number vpnless first you gotta remove the maleware.
I wish I could I can't get no help my device was captured before it was installed. It's down hill from there. My laptop don't have a Ethernet cable port. I'm locked out in everyway. Their screwing me and Im drowning fast.
Replacing would be the same of formatting so that's a stupid thing to swap but if the bios get infected formatting or reinstalling wont work because bios have a security code to prevent updates from malicious sources that sometimes gets leaked and to uninfect you need to bring it to someone and say to flash the bios
how about those rooted android devices where they could modified their mac address to piggyride to our device's wifi connection? it's hard to detect but it definitely affects the connection to my device since they're pretending to be my device. is there any ways to fix this???

I blocked a device in Mac filter configuration and keeps getting out of the block list...I wonder if someone is messing with it...or any problem??

Check ip of your router then sign in and change the sign in password.
You need an ethernet cable to do this though.
