That's a Samsung "Smart" refrigerator... the screen is a little bit like a google assistant. So you could watch videos on your fridge! :)

As much as I like the sound of the pools water feature, Id rather have better windows to mask that whilst inside...
Guess they can turn that off... But its a bit much for me... And I like white noise. Only to sleep to at night.

Hi Anita! I have to say, I totally agree. It was definitely... how should I say... a prominent sound! You could definitely turn it off but when it is on you'd think you were under an actual waterfall. 😜

The real answer is "maybe"... ? I'm not aware of other communities in Davenport by this builder and I'm not an expert on Jacksonville.... I believe this is ABD Builders so you can look for them online. If you need my help to find something like this for you, let me know!
This is the 4th video of the same house I’ve watched on RUclips, and I almost skipped it ‘cose I’m not a fan of pools that are under the shadow of the house most of the day.
HOWEVER, I’m glad that I watched it because you and Eric know how to show a house and stimulate our imagination. No one of the previous realtors who filmed in the very same house opened the door to the backyard. In fact all of them lost my attention in the first two minutes while you’ve got mine until the traditional “happy house hunting”.

Beautiful home but I am not sure about the pool in the courtyard area. Nice to see the primary bedroom downstairs but not with a direct eye shot view from the rest of the main living areas. I would love to see fireplaces as well to add luxury feel on it. If possible, I will make this home a smart home so I can control anything with Alexa or through my phone. From blinds, lights, pool, plumbing, door locks, and surround sound, Alexa may come handy. Nice tour Amy. All my prayer to my Asian brothers as well in US. 🙏
Yes! That master is wide open to the living area if the doors aren't closed. I always like a little more privacy.
Is there room in back for a dog runner?

This home as shown is $1.4 million... without a pool, the base price is in the high $800s
Can I get this house built in Tampa ?
Honestly, I'm not sure! I don't THINK that builder has communities there, but that's not really my area so I don't really know!

I don't like that if you have the doors open in the master there's no separation and can see in. Also having the poor in front home at the enterance not a fan. Find master small. Not impressed with the overall layout of this home.
I'm ALWAYS a fan of a little entry way so you can't see directly into the master! So I'm with you!

Hi Daniel! Thank you for your diligence about masks. We were able to obtain permission for me to not wear a mask in order to present this tour. So, I was not disobeying anyone. The model center was not open during the time we recorded our video tour. If you'll notice, the staff was not in the office, nobody else in the model whatsoever other than my cameraman who happens to live in my household... and he wore a mask the entire time. I tried to be careful to not touch anything as well. Thanks for watching and commenting.
