I know this was shown in 2019. I'm late seeing this. I love how detailed you are about every detail about this house. It is such a beautiful home. I have really been comparing homes here in Jax in gated communities based upon square footage etc trying to figure out at least a ball park figure for the price of this home. I look at the homes that have over 4,000 sq feet that are like 1.3 million. Yes, I'm wrecking my brain about the price and have come to the conclusion that it's about 3 million. I'm I right? Btw I love your sense of humor.
