I wish H&M would make those open-work sweaters, and other items, in white, not those light beiges, which just don’t work as well on me. White items are too rare at this brand; those called white are really ivory and those called cream are really beige. The only white items they ever have are t-shirts and button-front shirts, I have enough of those already.

I went into H&M Leicester last week. It looked like a jumblesale at the end of the day. Everything was creased, rails crammed, no display, the quality of fabric seemed poor, and the sizing chaotic. They clearly spend a lot on marketing, and their designs look good online, but I headed to Zara where I was inspired to buy a jacket I hadn't planned to buy.
Did you go highcross? I find that the one in fosse is a little bit better, it looks cleaner and things aren’t crammed and bunched together. I feel like the one in high cross is targeted more at teenagers. I struggle to find anything in hm anyway. I watch a haul like that and then go and see things in person and they are tragic fabrics and fall apart after a wash or two :/ also, this is just my guess, I think this lady got paid to show these clothes or got a bunch of stuff for her video content, as her house and all the stuff she shows on Instagram do not scream “I dress in H&M” lol. Especially that cashmere jumper 😅
