Why do families neglect a woman that was married to their son when he dies? We will all die and leave everything on earth.
Our family has continued to support our sister in law since our brother died 12 years ago. She got an equal inheritance of land and properties and always gets her fair share of any proceeds from our parents investments.
He also left 3 young boys. We've helped educate them and they're now in university, one just went to Australia. Anyone who does wrong to these widows will eventually get what's coming to them. They didn't ask to be widowed and those children are your blood, their brothers blood will haunt them forever, for what they did to this woman.

It is a very difficult time in a woman's life. Currently going through almost the same thing..my hubby passed on in Jan this year after a short illness. We were married for only 2yrs and have a 1yr old son. The mum in law rejected us from the time my hubby rested saying "relationship yake na mimi iliisha the day her son rested". Unfortunately, i was the bread winner in our family so they did not have anything to claim from us coz we are just surviving. However, maneno nimeskia imeniumiza sana roho and it even makes my grieving very difficult coz they claimed i killed him. 2 weeks after his burial i was involved in a road accident and she had the guts to claim ati ni Mungu amemlipishia.
Sister very sorry for this. God's special grace and strength. Trust God and keep off that family completely.
