Like Robert, I'm also a proud Canadian & I can tell you that those are squirrels. We actually have a lot of different colored squirrels. Chipmunks are smaller with black stripes running from head to tail. Both are in the rodent family & can be very friendly once they become familiar with you

I'm pretty amazed that your squirrels are so friendly. It reminds me of when I was an engineering student at the Univ of Minnesota in Minneapolis. I lived in an area north of the main campus called Dinkytown. I lived on the 3rd floor of a frat house as a boarder and directly across from my room was a deck where the women next door used to sun themselves. Most of the time a gray squirrel used to sit and look at me from their deck. I called him Edgar and I would occasionally talk to him. He was the closest thing to a pet back in those days.

Great job on that deck Robert it looks very relaxing and I love the decorating. It just feels like how a home should feel and surrounded by family. They will always be with you. Oh yes, I believe the Bigfoot you grew up with are part of your family as well. I am personally ashamed of what has happened in the US but I am not deterred and I will not assume the fetal position and cry about it. America and all the other places around the world are waking up, albeit slowly, to what is going on and will correct this globalist wokeness. I meant to comment but ran out of time the other day. Did you see the massive one watching you as you went in and when you came out? He kept pretty well hidden at the tree line but oh my goodness, was he big. Just checked my notes. When you came out of the tree line, he was standing at R side of center, using the first thick white birch to hide. His head was above the little cluster of leaves on R side of that tree. Great job on that deck Robert it looks very relaxing and I love the decorating. It just feels like how a home should feel and surrounded by family. They will always be with you. Oh yes, I believe the Bigfoot you grew up with are part of your family as well. I am personally ashamed of what has happened in the US but I am not deterred and I will not assume the fetal position and cry about it. America and all the other places around the world are waking up, albeit slowly, to what is going on and will correct this globalist wokeness. I meant to comment but ran out of time the other day. Did you see the massive one watching you as you went in and when you came out? He kept pretty well hidden at the tree line but oh my goodness, was he big. Just checked my notes. When you came out of the tree line, he was standing at R side of center, using the first thick white birch to hide. His head was above the little cluster of leaves on R side of that tree.
