50 gms methidana 100 gmsdhania Jeera 50gms Saunf 100gms Kalongi 20gms Jeera 20 gms ajwain 10 Mango powder 50gms Rai 50 gms ground coarsely Blk salt 10 gms Salt 25 gms Haldi 20 gms krcp 20 gms mix all Heat mustard oil n mix in ground masala slowly as much needed Oil 250 gms Fill tightly in mirchi Put them in a jar por remaining oil n keep in sun for 15 days Dry roast dhania Saunf methidana then jeera ajwain at last Grind Dhania

Hum logo ne aapke bataaye tarike se achaar banaya, bahut mazaa aaya. Ek fer-badal Kiya tha hamney, mirch mein masala bharney ke baad humney usko microwave mein pakayaa, taaki usko turant kha sakey. Aur fir sabney ek-do roti jyada hi khayi, aataa dobara gunthna padaa. Neend bhi achee aaye, aur kuch achchey sapney bhi. Aapka aur apke parivar ka bahut dhanyawad 🙏👍
