    Okay this video is TOTALLY in tune with where I’m at in my food journey! I think everyone needs to experiment with what works for their body. But yeah understanding your why helps you set a strategy with grocery shopping and socializing etc.
    For me personally I love dairy (double cream yoghurt is like cheesecake to me) eggs 🥚 in butter are so good! Have you tried steamed egg pudding? I used to dislike the fishy smell of seafood 🦞 but now it’s my all time favorite food 🧠 and I love lamb and beef too. I love food and I love how my body reacts to the food I eat. I really learned this the hard way 👍 experiment and find what works for you

      I agree!! I learned the hard way too. I used to be so restrictive and my body was struggling in so many ways because of it. I was so anxious about food and in conflict with my body. Now i've found so much peace and harmony with listening to my body and being in tune with it. :') it's so freeing. I'm glad you've found that too ♥
      I also LOVE dairy!! Haha I can't live without it 😂 I have not tried steam egged pudding, i'll have to try it!!

    Ooo I used to buy that bee pollen, but like a decade ago there was a wildfire and the price really shot up. So haven’t tried that in years. 🐝

    We eat like the same diet 😂😂 it’s so hard for me to get 30g of protein at breakfast for some reason! I can hit it with all my other meals but I have to try so hard with that one. I’m having my first baby in April and I’m trying to be consistent with protein now so I don’t struggle with it postpartum. Also I personally soak my rice in water first and then drain it because rice can have some arsenic and other things that come off in the water when you soak it! Then I cook it in bone broth after it’s drained so I’m not actually eating the stuff that comes off when it soaks. Just what I do though and thought I’d share! I love the what I eat in a day style of video!! Would love to see more especially because we eat so similar! ❤

      ahhh congrats on having your first baby!!!!! its the absolute BEST! do you know if you're having a boy or girl?!
      I agree, getting protein in at breakfast can be hard. especially because I work so trying to get out the door in the morning while focusing on nourishing, protein rich foods can be difficult at times.
      and wow, thank you for mentioning this about the rice!!! that makes so much sense, I am going to do that from now on. :) also I love finding people that eat in similar ways 😂❤

      @@KaitlynHolland thank you I’m so excited!! No we are waiting to find out :) I’m having an unmedicated home birth as well so I’m excited to watch your birth story and hear your experience!!
      Yes having to rush makes it even harder!! Also I’m the type of a person who has to have a “breakfast-y” meal for breakfast lol I can’t just eat any food so its even tougher. But no worries! I didn’t know that about rice for a long time lol
