My knowledge is I know how to dismantle an ATX PSU but putting it all back together is another question not to mention building the parts to power up the soldering iron or hot air gun. This needs knowledge of electronics before attempting this project. Kudos.
Respect for doing this, I want one now. Though I feel it should be said that messing with a PSU is incredibly dangerous for anyone who is not 101% certain of what they are doing.
@@Augusto_Levi Instead of messing with an ATX power supply if you dont know what you are doing? I would suggest buying a commercially available product instead, or at least buying a power supply made for this purpose that doesnt need to be opened up or resoldered internally, like a Meanwell PSU made for 3D printers that have terminals at the back where you connect your wires instead. Of course, if you do understand what you are doing and are certain you will not burn down your house or accidentally run 4000W straight through your body, you could always do this with an old computer PSU like he did in the video. Nothing wrong with that, just know the risks.
Nice DIY but lot of work when you can buy like Baku Bk701 or 601 for 70$-90$ only parts here probably cost more + time. It's ok if you want to do it yourself. GOOD WORK BTW
If the pc power suppy works, you dont need those power supply modules you can just use the voltages of the pc psu and boost converters and for the fan speed controller you can use a driver with 555. That could be cheaper.
All that Who-Ha about earthing everything inside the case and then you use a power cord that doesnt have earth ! *Shakes his head*. Nice build though :-)
I think this is a very nice build. Proper case is important for everyday use and it is a little difficult to come by.
One of the nicest build. Looks good, well grounded, and does not disregard electrical safety.

Good job

nice idea. but its more expensive than buy a new station.
But the pleasure of building something functional is priceless.
You need a soldering station to craft a soldering station 🤯🤯
Watch from jakarta city,Indonesia 👍
Good 👍
Very nice idea and project! 😁
Nice work!
Love u bro.💯😍💕😘😘😘
Nice sharing
very good idea congratulation
Nice project
Cool, I need one such

So really it was the ATX case that was used
It was great and useful
Nice job...
That’s awesome soldering station 🚉 👍
Very nice ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi i had made atx bench power supply refering to your video

Great video👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
Excelente gracias por tan linda labor
Very good
Jadi pingin punya 😅😅😅
excelente proyecto.
Cool

but if you use the original PS you dont have space for the other things, plus you cam get a broken PS an use the case
Awesome 👍👍
WAOOO GOOD PRO
Yeah, the next time I want to build something, I'll just buy it, remove it from the enclosure it came in and put it in a different box.
The cool cool cool...
very good
Nice video

I badly needed that thing for cellphone repair😥
Good😍😍😍🙏

Onde comprar todas as placas para construção do projeto? ótimo vídeo.

hello sir can i know what model and brand of the camera you use to your vodeo
fully LEGO parts can be used inside any case you do not need to waste a PSU just to build some LEGO parts for a hot station bruh
Use throw away one
What Spech for this blower....i mean max output voltage, watt and heat
u are not making it from atx , but disassemble it and assembling a new think on it
This just assembling...😂🤣😂🤣😂👎
Yes the supply Is used only for the body
i think buying a new one is better
Good Job
But more expencive
can you make a rework station with temperaure controle instead of pcb kit?
bonita

Meh, not really making it from an ATX PSU like the title suggests. Merely reusing the PSU outer shell. :(
