  • My first salmon landed from the Rock Pool at Tulchan's B Beat in Scotland. Also, check out the fantastic new hut on the North bank of this famous stretch of the most well known salmon river in the world (probably!). I spent a lot of time on this video production; probably too much time. I'm hoping you enjoy it and get a good feeling for just how great it is to fish for salmon in the epic salmon river in Scotland. I particularly enjoyed working with the GoPro MAX footage which I managed to synch exactly with the Hero 9 Black chest mount during the "Fish On" sequence. The DJI AIR 2S drone provides the dramatic aerial scenes across the fantastic River Spey at Tulchan and really brings out the beauty of the river and especially the new hut!

Great sound from that reel Paul! Lovely fish well done. I managed to get a fresh fish from the March pool on a hitched mini tube in impossible conditions before being advised that the estate suspended fishing due to water temp in July. Back there next year praying for rain ! Thanks for posting.

The Spey seems to be a beautiful river. Great fish on the Sunray, this a fly I have never caught on maybe its my technique. Do fish it on a floating line? 🤔
