When I access to my network device/pc it ask for user/password, Authentication. Which user/pass they asking for? I tried everything but still not work. Usb work fine.

Just doesn't work on my iMac with the Dark Knight router and AiCloud (web browser or ios app) As soon as the computer name is clicked on in the AiCloud app list it just says "Operation Failed". Also it doesn't make clear what Account/Password information should be used - I have tried my mac login details but doesn't make any difference. Very disappointed as the AiCloud feature was one I really looked forward to when I purchased the router.
It's called the internet... You can already do all this with most routers and connected computers over the internet without using a third party (ASUS AiCloud, in this case), if you know what you're doing. This is for people who don't know what they're doing who would likely be confused by too many features and might accidentally open up their private networks otherwise.
Can you upload to and manage files on the attached device, or is it only for reaching (accessing) files that are already on the connected storage device?
I'm having trouble accessing my AiCloud-functions via internet.. I have DDNS enabled through asuscomm.com, username/password setup and the AiCloud-services enabled of course. If I try to browse myDDNSname.asuscomm.com all I see is a blank webpage. The applications on iOS/Android can connect via LAN, but when I turn WiFi off and try to connect via 3G, then it wont connect. Not even if I try to manually add the router. Any ideas what might be causing this? I have IPTV setup on a separate vlan/port

I failed to login as this is not router login and my computer don't need to have password to login. Anybody can answer my question? Thanks.

how do i delete files from the hd? it sais "You need permission to perform this action" these are files downloaded using utorrent. How do i set up permission so i can delete them whenever i want to???
how do u set different accounts for Ai Cloud Cloud Disk...only the admin router account can log in...I don't want to give that out for friends to acces this service
Make sure you changed the default user and password first. Second make sure ftp is disabled. Otherwise the world will have ftp free access to your usb drive data, using your provided ip address.

Why using this when you have dropbox?
You don't have to pay any fees, and you don't save data on another companys server, but on your own HDD at home.
