I heard Peter playing live on the streets of Amsterdam in 1991. I bought his Style Brise CD and threw some guilders in his case. 20 years later I called him and bought full usage for all his music to be used on my photography website and slideshows I made for customers. He sent me all his CD’s and I used his music for over ten years. This back story was wonderful.
Best ever was your three Archguitar Duos with Peter Michelini. Thank God they're cds or they would have been worn out long ago from frequent use. Many many thanks for recording them.

Great music. Great story.
His Si Beag Si Mor is the best I've ever heard, and that includes several top irish guitarists.
The arrangement of the Sarabande from Bach's first cello suite that closed the video brought me to tears. Amazing.
Spectacular playing and story. Building the guitar is another accomplishment- great
Your version of "Si Beag Si Mor" was the first that I had heard you, but now I am fan!
I love this instrument and musician so much. It's really great to have the opportunity to know more about him; thank you for making this video.
Greetings Peter, l was hoping to find a Sleepers Awake! performance.

I am definitely a fan!
So am I!
Brilliant.
Great explanation Peter!
Love your music. That is an interesting instrument.
Nicely done all around!
the short scale makes it sound sonic e instead of a plank of old dead wood
i want an archguitar!
"I'd much rather plays Bach's music than fold monopoly boards for eight hours a day" is such a praise for Bach, he would be so proud! 😉
Wow, he has created the vihuela.
Íñigo Aramburu Arnaiz Not really a vihuela, though! Same shape, yes, everything else different!
:)
Not quite.
What’s the difference between this and an alto eleven string guitar?
Also brings the Chapman Stick to mind.
How?
@@beniceorbegone Actually more Warr guitar, but it is just the looks.
Good music. But that instrument just sounds horrendous from a lutenists perspective =/
