      Simple reason, corruption happens at every level of infrastructure in the US. Wayne Jenkins and his boys just happened to be CAUGHT.

      From the video: he admitted to having 4 officers surround a vehicle "on all sides" for a stop that was supposed to be on a "voluntary basis", denying the drivers ability to leave at will, making it a detention, which he had no grounds for by his own admission earlier in the video.

      Read the book. Gave the full story on what these guys were doing. The author plays himself. the reporter Justin something. These guys were lying so much that the city was afraid to call them in for testimony because every lawyer knew it wouldn't hold up. Lying pieces of shit
