@@footxfit Briefly speaking, I start with looking on my (monthly) list of what I need to work on & start picking certain exercises from my library that are tailored for my needs and will help me improve my skills. As for the duration and intensity, these vary from session to session. I try not to involve repetitive ball mastery & basic drills as these ruin my creativity. I use drills that mimic as much game-like scenarios as possible
I’m a scout in the US for a FIFA top 15 national team. It’s a combination of both. You need the technical training and game realistic training, not either or. But let me tell you, YOU ARE NOT TRAINING ENOUGH! Say you are anywhere U15 and above, if you are not training at least 4-5 hours a day 5 days a week plus games in the weekend , you are not going to make it. If you are U12 and above 2-3 hrs a day 5 days a week plus weekend games, or you are not gonna make it. Let me tell you that 90% of players we try to recruit can’t make it passed our most basic requirements; 45 min base run, 100 juggles, 100 consecutive one touch passes, 50 headers into an empty net. Young guys 15-18 years old whine like babies about having to run 45 min which is nothing. What will they do when they get to our complex and 45 min treadmill runs are just your daily warm up at 9 am.
Mind blowing knowledge .....but only few people watched the video ....UNDERRATED 🥶

We greatly appreciate your support Shubham! The sky's the limit they say. Let's spread the word.
I’m really happy someone finally addressed problem-solving & game-realistic training. Downloaded this video👍🏼
So glad to hear we can agree! How do you typically structure a technical training session?
