What's correct I don't know...
But I will explain y I selected that option..
In both structures ( C and D structure).... Oxygen got positive charge so.. leave it.
Next nitrogen is more negative.. so the structure having negative charge on nitrogen.. will be more stable than the one having carbon having negative charge....
I hope it's will help u.....
