- Here is my "omage" to BudgetJedi's Homemade Endor Imperial Bunker video. I simply followed his lead with a few minor tweaks of my own to create a fantastic, cheap, and relatively easy to make Endor Bunker which is more in scale with figures and looks great! (Well, I think anyway :) )
This is amazing! simply looks so detailed and accurate. I think you gave me too much credit, thank you so much for that!
Great job man! my only minor complaint is you didn't do a build video hahah...I've been modifying a landspeeder lately and I understand what a pain the butt it is to film the process...Looking forward to to the next video
How did you make the hatches on top and what paint did you use? I would like to make my own, great video!
great little details is what really makes this
I think I might make this for my Star Wars legion terrain
It looks great! How did you do the canon looking thingies on top of the bunker? Can you do a tutorial on how you did this? I saw the one from "TheBudgetJedi" but yours have more details.
Hello! I prob couldn't pull off a tutorial on it but I can tell you how I did it. I cut the top 1/3 off of a foam ball for the mound, used an electrical wire cap for the tip and then used clear "craft lace" for the lines down. I then painted it all with grey paint (NOT spray paint as it will melt the foam ball). I did however paint everything else with grey spray paint. Hope this helps!
@@GavilanOrd Thanks. Your work and creativity are amazing. The explosions, the trees, the whole battle by the bunker on Endor is out of this world. GREAT JOB!!!
Thanks for the supportive comments - this was a ton of fun to make!
Too much credit? Ha! I couldn't have made it without your video! Next on the list: Jabba's Throne Room and Droid Torture chamber - hmm, I wonder who's video I'll be looking at for guidance . . . :)
Oh no, I'm not saying it's a mistake at all...I'm just a nerdy fan of build videos...I still enjoyed this one very much..
Once again, amazing work my friend-TBJ is a true inspiration to us all!
Think this could be made in 1/6?
Not with the materials that I used. However, I would think that you could scale it by finding different scale boxes and following his guide. Good luck!
Thanks Vaderfan343! As for the hatches, I used 1/3 of a sphere from a foam ball, plastic electrical wire connectors for the tips and plastic crafting lace for the wires/stripes. I used grey primer paint for all of it and then splashed it with brown and black spray paint so it wasn't so monotone. Actually I should probably put a little more on it to make the panels stand out - anyway - there you go!
Thanks Boshek71! The community at large is just plain awesome - everyone is so supportive!
That's excellent. Great work. Can you tell me what you do for the control panel stickers? How do you make those?
Thanks! I found some graphics on the internet and simply printed them. I cut them out, glued them to a thin piece of cardboard and applied them to the side. I'm not sure exactly where I found them but if you do some google searching for "electrical panels" you should be able to find something. Good luck!
Thanks maddwoba - this stuff is just plain fun to do.
Nice, I'm just getting into SW saga 20d, very inspirational. Subed
Thanks Quicksword777 - I appreciate the comment!
Thanks billmaa - I guess I felt I didn't need a to do a build video because it would have been redundant (BudgetJedi's video pretty much walks you through how I did mine). Well, don't make the same mistake as me, make sure you post your build video on your landspeeder so we can see how you did yours!
Thanks ethangel2220 - the crazy thing is, a person could put SO much more detail into these things if they wanted. I just don't have the time to try to attain the quality of a professional model maker :)
This looks so realistic.
Thank you sir!
Looks so real... Great job!
Amazing! Nice fireplace!
it look good bro
+Ruben ZAPATA Thank you sir!
