That symbol was the pendent the girls had to fill back in Nizi Project when they were battling to be in the debut. If a girl got all 8 spaces filled they'd be in the group to debut. Which that ended up being these 9 girls.
This is somehow a sad debut because one of them is not gonna be with them in their promotions and also she didn't participate in their performance in this mv. But Miihi is in this MV. She's the one that they saved in the end of the mv. They are saying that everything is alright and she should take her time. Hopefully in their first comeback she will be in it and fully recovered from her condition
