It's the sort of play that, if done by some prestigious pro player, would be about as well known and practiced as the insec. Holy shit.
It’s just not flashy but anyone that has played any vlad knows how utterly ridiculous it is to turn that, getting a solo kill level 4 against a matchup like fiora with hp/summ disadvantage is borderline impossible. The Fiora obviously did make some mistakes but I guarantee 99% of vlad players don’t turn this into a kill and lost the game off a frozen wave. The proof comes where he nearly loses the next fight with gold and level advantage while making her parry useless, this is not a matchup that a vlad should win.

Idk if I’m too late for this, but a lot of it has to do with wave management, if you make sure to only back or roam when you know the enemy minions won’t be dying(when wave is crashing into enemy tower your wave is focused on tower not the enemy wave) you will have access to more minions to farm. Combine that with perfect last hitting and boom 10cs/min
