- Why is PLANTAR FASCIITIS so hard to fix??? We just need to go back to ANATOMY!! The same scenario is present in the upper extremity- just apply the same concepts and we can solve this pesky pain!!! Pain is on the volar side- just focus on the dorsal side to resolve!
