I am an indian, my cousins (although they are genetically indian they have always lived in the US) live in Boston. We went to visit them last year and we also visited their school. The children at their school started asking questions about India, and one of them said "so, how's it like being asian?" I was happy that at least this person is educated but then one of the kids ruined it by saying in an annoying sassy voice "uHmM...sHe'S iNdiAn, NoT aSiAn..." Trying to act cool... Ok. I am Asian myself. I might not be Korean but I am Chinese. I like kpop but I am defiantly not a koreaboo. I swear these koreaboos are soo cringey. They can’t just infuse Korean culture into their own culture. They literally give up their own culture to try and look Korean. They also have no idea about the Korean culture but they act like they know everything, but they actually don’t. They also assume that every Korean is a kpop star. I honestly am very disappointed. If they actually like the kpop group, they wouldn’t be like this because koreaboos are making kpop worse than it really is. This gives kpop groups less opportunity to gain more fans.
