Hi. I have the same Machine a C615. Hot Water work fine but the steam does not. When I turn on the Steamer it makes a knocking sound like clonk, clonk. I took it apart originally the hoses in the steamer where clogged. After clearing the clear hoses the problem still persist. Need help identifying possible causes.
I have a miele 615 machine.. Everything is working fine except for the steam. When I turn the steam knob to the on position, it will say steam on the screen but nothing comes out of the nozzle. No error messages. I cleaned the nozzle and made sure it is not blocked. How can I determine if the problem is the steam valve, the switch or the solenoid? Please advise. Thank you.
Had the exact same problem. Turned up the pump head piece was cracked. Got it replaced, just pump head at a professional for like 30 usd, now it doesn’t leak anymore
Usually, you need to trick the sensors into thinking the door is closed and the brew unit is inserted. We will often do this with screwdrivers. Once the machine is no longer showing error messages the brew unit drive will rotate to the home position. Then you should be able to reinsert the brew unit.
You should have shown us how you did so we can see your handy work. Seeing it after the fact makes no sense

It’s sounds like a clog. Have you taken every part of the steam wand apart?
