To anyone with this problem: I suggest you remove both diodes and substitute with a single bigger Schottky diode. In my case I used a double parallel diode all in one package (common cathode). The problem here is that those diode are in parallel but not integrated on the same substrate. This is not suggested because current hogging might occur (one heats up more than the other, but being a silicon junction more heat means more current, so it's going to steal all the current, die, and if dies opening instead of closing then the other will die as well, because now it's alone conducting all the current). And for sure I wouldn't put two different diodes in parallel, because being different they already split the current differently from the start, so it's easier that this problem happens again. Now, I'm not completely sure that current hogging is the reason gathering us here, because these diodes are rated for 100V 5A... but it's very weird to me that we all have the same problem. If you want to still put two diodes in parallel, at least buy two "identical" equivalent, like SK510 (Schottky 100V, 5A max, 0.85V drop at 5A like the original, and same dimensions)
interesting info, do you have an example of a suitable replacement triode?
I swap both with SR5100 diode... And BAM Alhamdulillah and thanks to you too my friend 🙏❤️🙏
Omg... Many thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Love you from Indonesia, have the same problem 👍👍👍
Thank you very much, you have saved my life, I thank you very much, please continue uploading this content that you are very good. Love you from Argentina 💟💟💟
Thank you for posting the video💯, I had the same issue with my Philips 271V8 and I have been able to successfully repair it.

Hello from Russia!! Thanks you bro!
🙏Same monitor, same problem, thanks for solution
Thank you. I'm putting SR560 . Ok
I'll have to come learn from you.

Can you give more detail how to open this monitore
Brother, what are the details of the diode? I want to replace the one in my board with the same problem please
did you end up figuring it out?
Hi sir i need ur help, where to buy ur replacement chip? Or what u called that. Im suffering the same problem. I hope you will give information to contact you☹️
You can buy from pudu KL or you can find old motherboard and take from there
please explain the beep meaning. Minute 1:59 they beep "2 capacitors-they are not reading well" But previously, min1:22 the fuse Beeped and you said "the fuse is ok"
Testing continuity
👌
I have same problem... can u give the number of diode. Tq
diode sr5200 or sr5100. please
@@tangkaporang did you end up figuring it out?
All diode have numbers if you don't have the same number you can find the higher one to replace the one you take out but don't replace it with lower number
@@techmed3618 what is the diode code that you used?
