Kinda unrelated but some also say that the lemons represents the bitterness of life so you make it into a lemonade, which is something sweeter and more palatable. Wonwoo often drinking it represents his vision to face life in spite of hardships. Which is also why after Jeonghan woke up, he was pondering whether to drink the lemonade or not (face reality or not). Makes me think that it's possible to add sequel someday lol EDIT: I learned this from some Korean video that explained all the symbolical stuff. I'm not that smart, sadly 😭

I think Jeonghan is suffering from anxiety so he goes through the door to wonwoo's world. he starts putting people to sleep so they don't feel the same anxiety as him. "Who would not want to go with him" was people talking about Jeonghan. Then wonwoo comes to rescue people and he starts waking them up. Throughout the video, you can see Jeonghan suffering (look at his facial expressions) so when he finally meets wonwoo, wonwoo ends his misery and puts him to sleep and then Jeonghan wakes up in the real world. It's just my theory. I haven't been able to find time to listen to audiobook
