I bought Tomodachi Life BECAUSE of Vinny and it served as the catalyst for the fictional universe me and my friends have been developing for a whole decade now. But hey, since it's been so long, all the more reason for a remake...?
Funnily enough, I found Vinny through Miitopia first. Was not expecting so much lore in those streams. After that playthrough was done, I went back to the Tomodachi Life VODs for context. Still a really fun playlist to have in the background when doing work.

Hey, (Mii pack) Devin Chatt here. Yeah, the Wii's Mii Channel has like 30% less features than all of the Mii Makers after it, so that's why a lot of the Miis look janky. Thanks again for using my Mii pack! Recreating the Tomodachi Life Miis with the Wii's limitation was a fun afternoon for me. Really hope Vinny does play the original Wii Play as well as Wii Play Motion, he needs to see the glory that is Wii Play Tanks. I was super annoyed that he thought it wasn't a Mii game cuz I've played it before, and I knew Miis were an unlockable, so when I saw that Miis weren't unlocked I was like "Oh God, he's not gonna play enough to realize they're unlockables, I just know it...".

Go Vacation would probably warrant a series rather than a pt 2. That game is seriously fucking massive since it's essentially a cross between open world exploration and a buttload of minigames spread out across 4 different maps and a variety of vehicles, as well as said sims house. Lotta fun tho would highly recommend.

Back in the days of Pokemon D/P/Pt, I actually had a strange fondness for My Pokemon Ranch. Seeing my pokemon from Diamond wonder about the place in their polygon-looking glory, hearing them interact with the microphone (yeah there's toys and stuff your pokemon could play around with) which gets heard through your Wiimote's speaker; and depending on how you shake the Wiimote, you can even cause mini earthquakes and tornadoes at the ranch because why not.

I really hope he continues with GO Vacation soon, now that he has all the Mii's stored here! He could start with his Mii and the other Mii's saved can appear as random NPC's he can have as companion, the four huge resorts are REALLY worth checking out, you can even just roam around these without playing these activities and lose many hours in this! Also, watching My Pokémon Ranch really feels nostalgic to me, back when Pokémon had soul. I have a bunch of pokémon on my ranch that were from my old Diamond save, which is unfortunately gone.
Honestly I think Mbabane has changed so much as a person since Tomodachi that it would be difficult for him to go back. I think his patience for those kinds of games has diminished considerably and I just don't think it could keep his interest in the same way it once did. I don't blame him, either. My patience for video games has gone down as I've gotten older, too.

You need to play Go Vacation! again, even if it's just a couple of the minigames. Out of all the shovelware I ever played, it's my favourite. Namco thought it was worthy of a remaster with extra stuff in there too, so it's not just my delusional self.
