I wish I could find a chiro around my home town that does this full manual adjustment routine. All the chiros around here want to use contraptions, clickers, and devices with flashing lights - and they don't like working on anything other than the spine.
That's how it should be. So many videos on RUclips of adjustments that are 20 minutes plus. It's totally fake, no chiropractor is going to take that long when there are other patients in the waiting room.
@@xoPRECISEox there should be no specific time limit on any adjustments, it really depends on the clients issues and needs, but if I’m paying to see a chiro who are not cheap then I’d expect to be seen for longer than 5 minutes, 20 minutes or more for a session is perfectly acceptable, this guy is speeding up for filming purposes
I just went to chiropractic but he only adjusted my spine. My neck hurts so badly and I have very strong headache but he didn't want to touch it to not damage. It looks so scary when he does you neck in this video!

If this is a chiropractic adjustment, then so it popping my knuckles. Does it feel great? Sure. Are there any health benefits? Not so much...
Its actually releasing tension on the joints, so it's beneficial to your health doing it all the time when its not needed is doing anything.
