We should focus on plain, blunt and boring meals if we want to live healthier and longer, so also our non exciting or boring investments will be good for us in the long run. If we really feel too boring with our meals today, why not add very little pickle or very little sweet in our meals. But one should not have only aachar or sweets as our main meals daily. In philosophy, we should prefer delayed gratification instead of instant gratification most of the time. There are generally few instances where you either patronize the viewer asking the question or respond in a sarcastic manner. If the question isnt worth your time, then best don't take it please.

But honest feedback.. please reduce the time given for weekly updates.. there are daily videos from you for that.. Spend more time on questions.. otherwise there is no use of live session
