Final Fantasy 12 was first released way back in 2006 on the PS2. At the time, it was considered somewhat controversial by many Final Fantasy fans due to its departure from traditional FF gameplay. However, it is now looked back on fondly and many would consider Final Fantasy XII to be the best entry in the franchise. In 2007 the International Zodiac edition was released (in Japan only), and this version of the game included a more traditional job-based system and a new battle areana. For this remastered release, these additional changes are being brought to us fans in the West for the first time ever - along with high resolution textures and remastered soundtrack!

surprisingly this is a niche game,fun to look at but very frustrating to play through
At 9:27, if you missed flare and want the urn then DO NOT take the lift, the same for the rare spawn too. Follow these instructions:
Take the way stone instead where the lift is, this will take you to an ancient door.
Open the ancient door, there is the Map Urn (No Mobs there).
Open the next ancient door and your back at the beginning with the black choice to the secre6t areas Fuzz took us.
NOW you can grab the Flare magic and I would assume you can do this to get the rare spawn?. when done, THEN take the lift.
You can also take the way stone from the urn back to the lift to progress.
DON'T FORGET the chest at the lift too.
For the rare spawn. just use the two ways points till it comes (lift and urn)
Appreciate the walkthroughs mate! I'm honestly baffled at how you're supposed to figure some of these puzzles out. No wonder I wasn't able to finish the game back in 06 haha.
Replaying this in 2024; Fuzz misses Flare but also Ardor which spawns behind you after you take the waystone (I think it was red?) and end up in the area with the large square corridor. Apparently, another player wrote that we both missed Wither somewhere along the way.. 🥺 Anyways, I need to try to make it back to get the trophy hunt (Tower?) bc he didn’t spawn for me.. Let’s hope I can still get back down there..

It's Flare, you said you would go back for it later, I think you maybe meant off recording? Then later it was the Urn, where you said you are taken into somewhere where the mods are harder and we did not need it. Lol... I was like WAIT; Me need it! :P I also think Wither is also around in there or maybe a little on?
Your at level 69, I was at level 53. When I fought him it was so difficult it took me about 10 minutes and everyone except Penelo died. I didn't use float and the highest damage I did was about 1500. I didn't know you could obtain The Ultimate Blade, I can manage without it. On FF XIII-3 I took advantage when I fought the final boss by using The Ultimate Weapon such power it possesses, Bhenivellza was a challenging opponent but I defeated him.

I had to quit the game at this stage. All my characters are around level 30-40 and there’s no way I can beat him. Came close once but never again
almost deleted the game off this shitty puzzle. also got to this area way to early with no warning. the difficulty spike was almost game breaking. i still had level 30 somethin characters 🤣
