    Just a heads up, I will be staying at that holiday in on my upcoming cruise and you can pay $15 per day to leave your car there

      Yes, check out my video on that hotel, we have stayed there twice now for cruises and each time parked there for 15 a night. Nothing as convenient as just walking across the street and going into the terminal.

    We'll have folks who can't walk well...thinking of doing Uber or something. I don't think they'll qualify for the free parking bc they dont have a modified vehicle but they do have wheelchair. All very confusing and this port looks huge!

    • @allgoodontheroad
      @allgoodontheroad  Год назад

      Yes, there would be a short walk from the parking garage to the entrance to the terminal if parking at the port. Uber would drop you off close to the door.

    I would like to say I love this video, however just one thing you want to correct in the video, you said head south to COCOA.. Cocoa is over the bridge and past Merritt Island. COCOA BEACH is south.

    I really thank you for this video. It is very informative. Have you cruised during the Christmas cruise season or during a cruise leaving out and bringing in New Years? We are leaving from Cape Canaveral 23 December 23 on Mardi-gras. Im so excited.

      Sorry, I have done Christmas, but never a cruise that covered new years eve. Our Christmas cruise was packed completely full, but still great. Carnival puts on a show for the kids. I have a recording of the Christmas show on the Pride this year.

    Is the traffic typically really congested during embarkation days/ times?

    • @allgoodontheroad
      @allgoodontheroad  7 месяцев назад

      No, not at Port Canaveral, you should be able to drive right in without issue.

    Does each terminal contain a scoot around scooter rental location?

    • @allgoodontheroad
      @allgoodontheroad  8 месяцев назад

      No, i think they are delivered to the terminal when ordered. Although i saw John Heald said they would have some ready. Not sure how this is handled. I should find out.

    May I ask a question regarding parking at port. Is it safe and secure? Since we will be leaving the vehicle there for the week. Or is it safer to use the park and ride service nearby? We will be in a motorhome (small).

    • @allgoodontheroad
      @allgoodontheroad  2 года назад +3

      Both lots are gated and have security. The only real difference is price and distance. I have left my car for an entire week at the port canaveral cruise parking four times and never had an issue.
