The one missing character that everyone seems to be mentioning is Yasmin Down. She is located along the bottom part of the map, to the west of the ferris wheel, under some stairs. This seems to be the case in the PS4, Xbox One release of the game. Hope this helps!
On special Assignment 15 you can get a Rex Fury character token near the ending of the falling space sequence. Now, if you get the character token you need to go into the police station and go to Ellies booth and choose the 'robber' category and if you have 1,000,000 studs you can buy Rex Fury. He is the only character in the game that can open those crates with the orange handles.
I can try to do that when I complete the rest of the game. I can also try to make a video showing all of the Mario references as well as all red brick locations. It will take me some time though to do all of this, however.
I need to ask what the difference is between your Overworld and 100% guides... For this area the 100% guide only has 32 items collected where as this video has 40. Why do you keep the other video up if THIS is the video with 100% and the other video by logic is missing items??? I really hope you respond. I would like to hear your thoughts.
how do I obtain different vehicles for those spawn pads? and I also get different costume but don't know how to put them on. and how do I know which paint gun colour to use on stuff?

I have a question. Where is the Map that's supposed to be in the lower Left corner of the screen? It helps orient, but for some reason you don't seem to have one whereas I do. Is the Mini Map one of the game differences between systems? I'm using Windows.
can somebody tell me how I move those big blocks? The ones with like a orange handle and when I try to move them it says''you don't have the upgrade needed'' or something and I have already finished the game and I still cant move them, help please!

the video was recorded on a Wii U, wich it has a gamepad with a screen to play, simular to the nintendo switch, so the map appears on the gamepad
