I suffer from insomnia since I was a teenage. about 4y ago I started a medication treatment that in short terms the medicine side effects could cause memory loss in long terms it could cause dementia. I was finally able to quit this medicine and in the beginning I was terrify thinking that I would never be able to sleep properly again but little by little with the help of your videos I was finally able to relax and fall sleep naturally.
