Is there a science curriculum that teaches evolution and old Earth, but expresses science as a window into God's creation (bible as a non-literal text that helps explain it)?

Great question!
Depending on the age of the child, Novare for upper middle school and high school offers an "old earth" God-created perspective. Sonlight Science and Reason for Science both cover God's creation but do not teach literal 6 day creation or the old earth philosophy as they feel it is best for the parent to teach their personal belief on the issue.
