If you two are still on Corfu - would highly recommend a visit to a little monastery on a mountain on north-east Corfu: Pantokratoras The roads up the mountain where fun and the view from the top is great 😁
Well done Maree--reversing when you only have side mirrors is bad enough when you know where to go--but the real challenge is translating their hand signals & words for left or right & figuring out where they want JimJim to park!
Those kinda crossings across a river are very common at the Elbe in Saxony. Good thing your motorcycle is electric so you won't have..."grease" on your hands while traversing Greece (ba dam tss!) Love to see Maree developing her driving skills! You really notice it from episode to episode. Also if you ever need content for a "rainy day", I always wondered about the "Paperwork" around your world tour like do you not have a registration address? That kinda stuff seems very interesting as well to me! Safe travels!

You need to put a small piece of coloured tape on the top of the centre of the steering wheel so Marie knows where the centre of the steering is when she is reversing the car

You should visit Paleokastritsa then Lakones and Angelokastro on the top of the mountain with an extremely nice view ! WHAT A PITY I AM NOT THERE YET !
Hey Maree, might be a good idea to create some clearance in the trunk so you can see the back of the car when you reverse. You can also get extra extensions for your mirrors so you get a wider view of your blind spots. Really useful for someone isn’t that great a reversing (like myself)! Enjoy Corfu!
This is what they do in rally car racing because when they are moving the steering wheel quickly then they know how to bring it back to centre again this will also help her to know where the Centre is on the steering wheel and the wheels will be straight

Mitte Mai fahre ich auch mit ein paar Kumpels nach Igoumenitsa zur HD Superrally mit 6 Harleys Wir fahren dann auch komplett die Balkanroute auch mit Abstecher nach Korfu und dann weiter über Italien wieder zurück. I think at 17:58 you didn't understand what the ferry clerk said to you, but out of courtesy you answered him Yes 😅 (He said they don't hear you on the electric motorcycle, they don't hear the exhaust noise)

Perhaps cable ferries are unusual where you are from but they are not uncommon where I am from (Canada), they are used to cross rivers and short trips between the mainland and small islands, they are much cheaper to run and maintain, it does not make sense to use ferries with diesel engines for short distances.
Don’t know I have RUclips premium 🤗 but yeah longer videos have more ads than shorter videos🤙🏼 generally I’m happy RUclips places ads because this is how I make a living now, if it wasn’t for those ads I would have to sell you stuff in my videos to survive, I would hate that
Maree...do some reversing practice. Find a big car park with parking bays clearly marked. Practice lining up the side of the car with the parking bay lines in your mirrors. You'll soon get the hang of how it works and it will make manoeuvres so much easier.

I found the glass comment interesting (being a science teacher - but mainly Bio) so did some research: Glass blocks UV-B not UV-A. However sometimes (at least windscreens) are treated to block UV-A too. either way, a small percentage does penetrate so you can get sunburn if exposed long enough. Most often the other windows are not treated and you will burn quicker at the side. I have experienced this on my arms.

Seit dem gammelt das Campingzeug im Keller herum. So wie es aussieht, wird es euch ähnlich ergehen. 😂

Put a bit of tape at 12 o’clock on the steering wheel like you see on racing cars so that Maree can see where Straight is.

It’s probably the timing chain tensioner! It’s not solved yet 🤙🏼
