I highly recommend you to listen Ain't afraid to die. It has a very deeply meaning for kyo, is very emotive and in every concert he sing it, the fans are in silence, just enjoying and feeling the song, cause it's one of kyo's favorite and he doesn't really appreciate when the fans are noisy with that song. I love it and has a beautiful lyrics

Thank you for these reactions! Dir en Grey is probably the most unique metal band that I've ever heard. I would call them a real treasure. This journey never gets boring because they have so many sides that even after years of listening I still can find something new in their music.
I will just say that "Vinushka" probably was created from a Russian word "вина" which means "guilt" in a diminutive form. But not in a sense of something small but rather something precious and dear to heart. At least that's what I as a native speaker can guess. The vocalist Kyo is also a lyricist for the group and usually, it is quite hard to say what exactly a song is about. This is poetry so feel free to find your own meaning, this is why we all love Dir en Grey so much
I took the liberty of making a small list of songs that I think perfectly show the different sides of Dir en Grey's music. Please feel free to ignore them or react to only some of them because I meant it more as a hint than a suggestions list :)
You are already familiar with their scary side so if you want to see more performance-based songs - The World of Mercy will be it for sure (ruclips.net/video/Lj8Ls01Zmo8/видео.html this is the most recent live that took place in spring during the pandemic so there's no audience in the club)
Of their heavy songs, I especially love Gaika, chinmoku ga nemuru koro (ruclips.net/video/wIgsLedfEWM/видео.html). I rarely see people mention this one although it definitely deserved attention
They have insanely beautiful ballads and I wanted to leave a link for Ryojoku no ame because of how emotional it is (ruclips.net/video/Zj7vNG1PniM/видео.html)
And just as a bonus I always recommend Jesus Christ R'n'R because of how fun it is (ruclips.net/video/ZW5OfpNg3Jc/видео.html). You can rarely see them just enjoying themselves so this is perfect for that. Musically it is exactly how it sounds
Anyway, thank you for reading this comment till the end, I know it is a looong one. I really appreciate your work and hope that you'll continue your journey with Dir en Grey in the future!
Have a great day or night! ✨

Wow! Kira thank you so much! Truly appreciated! I’ve really been liking the lyrics for these heavier songs that I’m now very curious about their ballad side. Again thank you for this hint list along with your words and thoughts. Have an amazing day! 🙂

DIMLIM - Vanitas is a song I cannot recommend enough to you. It is probably one of the most insane songs I've ever heard

I'm so glad you reacted to this song, I love all their songs (I've been a big fan for a long time) but this song has always hit me different and I just can't get enough.

Kyo's versatility as a vocalist is absolutely insane. The rest of the band kills it, too. So freakin' tight and locked in.

I'm glad to see a musician reacting to this band and that you already reacted to blossoming, mazohyst and tsumi to batsu all together and now vinushka and already got on board with the band, so here some suggestions for ya:
    >If you want to continue with their weird experimental proggy death metal (my favorite side from them btw):
-DIABOLOS from their Dum Spiro Spero album (their weirdest avant garde experimental album ever, it also includes blossoming that you already reacted) ruclips.net/video/DggLg2kl9RY/видео.html
-MACABRE (their longest track yet, its a remake from the title track of their Macabre album of 2000, and their best version, also from their Dum Spiro Spero era) ruclips.net/video/O6PwVRpa8i8/видео.html
    >If you want something fresh:
-RINKAKU (kinda proggy, no screaming, soft track but very impactful and emotional) ruclips.net/video/F8ofitxZM7c/видео.html
    >If you want something BR00TAL:
-DIFFERENT SENSE (their heaviest track ever, also from Dum Spiro Spero) ruclips.net/video/xI-0elscoQo/видео.html
    >If you want something new from them:
-THE WORLD OF MERCY (a masterpiece of performance) ruclips.net/video/Lj8Ls01Zmo8/видео.html
    >If you want something fun and strait forward:
-im gonna just call it Hageshisa (I think this is their most fun live track ever) ruclips.net/video/Xb3WwNIIzwM/видео.html
now...If you really want to be challenged and react to their early stuff (but you're not ready yet lol) > Yokan ruclips.net/video/d7v6HL_H3Qc/видео.html I just love this track, you might gonna like it (or find it cheesy)
they have a lot of good stuff from their early 2000s era and a ton of hidden gems that seems people just dont want to react to it lol
thats it, sorry for the long comment, have a nice day.

I love to watch noobs' faces at about 5:22. And then at 9:40. It's funny. Fun fact: Kyo is about 1.6m tall. I say this with respect. He is taller than me. As in this video, he often pumps out the hardcore standing on a red crate. Nobody notices his height while he is performing. Ever. Enjoyed your take on this performance. My fav is the remastered original. The release you feel is the entire nation of Japan acknowledging and letting go of the horror and pain of Hiroshima.
