- Most women aren't training hard enough. They train too many reps shy of failure. Would women not need any PEDs , if they'd be training better?

As a newer lifter - just at 2 yrs now - I agree with this message. However, there is also the fact that there are 2 weeks per month where we can't push has hard or as much, so there is balance. I tend to use the "little bit every day means you're training that muscle more" during those 2 weeks, then the other 2 weeks I'm pushing for PBs, adding negative resistance, etc. on all of my workouts, not just legs, too.
