I LOVE WITCH HAT SO MUCH. I was at the panel for the trailer reveal as well as at the Trigun panel cosplaying as Wolfwood. I also managed to get Ryoko Kui's autograph at Kinokuniya bc I somehow managed to snag tickets at the booth at AX (there were only 25) and Shirahama-sensei's as well. Even though I had a standby ticket for Shirahama, she signed through priority really fast and she had an extra hour just to sign standbys which was so nice of her! I really liked your vid abt your AX experience, tbh I wish I could've explored the con more but since I really wanted those autographs and to go to some panels, I barely had time to wander around so I appreciate you sharing!

wow! omg my friend boughtt hat same haikyuu print she was so excited they were there but they hadn't like announced they were going to be i guess to avoid getting swarmed XD i had about 4 or 5 friends selling AA but i did make it in this year! so im hoping next year i make it in! i CANNOT WAIT for witch hat anime!! it looks gorgeous. its gonna take over i have a feeling lol
yes i thought mieillee wouldn’t be at ax this year since i didn’t see them post a catalogue or anything so i was shocked to see them but so happy i was able to buy some prints 👁️👁️ and im hoping the wha anime gives the series a boost in popularity!! sensei deserves it for sure. i was surprised at the amount of fans that were at the panels i attended since it is manga only for now but im glad it has a strong international fanbase. even though i don’t watch much anime i will be tuning in for sure, the trailer was gorgeous

It’s been my dream to go to AX one day. I keep telling myself to just do it but I’m from the east coast so its quite the journey. Also trying to convince some friends to go has been a challenge.
it’s definitely worth it to go once in your life!! i’ve been debating trying to branch out to other cons, even in california there are many but i guess im just used to ax and im not sure how ill feel about trying something new
@@tsukkinotes I've gone to several cons and enjoy the trips! Usually its for a city I'm either familiar with or have friends that live in the city so I cut the cost of hotels. LA sadly isn't one of them and with how popular it is, it requires more planning. As for branching out to other cons, even just going to smaller, local cons on your own is fun to me. Smaller cons have their charm and I feel people are more open to conversation than in the bigger cons. Hopefully you can challenge yourself one to venture outside of AX.

Daiya still getting disrespected in the west sadly. most people i talk to didnt even try it which is such a bummer. glad you at least got something though. Ooh more Blue Period stuff than expected. the arc that just ended in the manga was so good
What mask did Shirahama wear btw. I'm still sad I lost 4 lottery tickets for her signing panel when she came to Toronto while other people won it with 1 ticket🥲i remember it was 60 ticket winners or so on the first day and even less on the 2nd.
