I was thinking the turtle wants to chomp on that tail. But I like the friend angle too.
i love how the turtle isnt bothered at all he just accepts his super anime power and starts chasing cats as is the natural evolution ov things.
This turtle knows how to control his direction is amazing.
Direction and speed, he knows when and how to stop/ not bumping into wall and stuff

I think he has trouble walking. Usually, turtle shells don't keep hitting the floor. The skateboard is like a wheelchair.

That little skateboard is perfect for him and I think he likes the extra speed it affords him. I was really hoping he was smart enough to get back on it himself once deboarded, but it seems he doesn't grasp the concept.
