Why Hawkeye Is More Powerful Than You Thought

Man, you all really, really seemed to like when we talked about Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, when we discussed her skills and equipment. So much so that many of you down in the comments asked if we could do the same thing for her long-time partner, Clint “Hawkeye” Barton. So of course with us being big fans of making you all as happy with our content as possible, we are here today to kindly oblige your requests.
So who is Clint Barton? Is he just the token non-powered hero dude on the Avengers? How can he possibly stand shoulder to shoulder with people who are on the level with gods, including an actual god himself? Well he is definitely one of the team’s non-super members, but he is no slouch.
Between his expert level knowledge of tactics, martial arts and marksmanship, Barton is an extremely capable member of the team. And we have seen that over the multiple film appearances that he has made.
And soon, we will have one more movie featuring the character, as after his absence from Avengers: Infinity War, he is now popping up in Japan, for some reason, in this year’s upcoming Avengers: Endgame.
So sit back and relax as we take you through Clint Barton’s story leading to his debut on the big screen in 2011’s Thor (yes, he was in that, go back and watch it and you’ll see him for about 2 minutes) along with his many skills and all of his fancy gizmos and gadgets. Should be a time and a half!

I love Hawkeye specially after Age of Ultron. He is such an underdog. Only the avengers knows his importance, he is both the eye and soul of the avengers.

While Natasha got an alternative version of the super soldier serum which slightly enhance her abilities and slow down her aging, Clint still manages to take her on

Hawkeye was sent to kill Black Widow, instead he decided to spare her. You don’t spare someone’s life until you’ve already won.
I love Hawkeye especially in Age of Ultron. He is such an underdog. And I love his personality, he is also a very strong Avenger and a very cool man.

@@mayanboricua In the comics, Hawkeye is somewhat deaf (Not completely deaf) so, and since he has one of his senses not working properly, his other senses enhanced to compensate his lack of hearing.
Those of us who have now watched Season One of "Hawkeye" on Disney+ have a much deeper comprehension of the whole Clint/Laura relationship and what the Barton's are to SHIELD and Nick Fury in the MCU.
You forgot the fact that he has perfect aim, he never misses.

+Renz Hawkeye has beaten her before two times, and Hawkeye could've beaten her, but his will to live was stronger than his will to beat her, infact the only reason they both didn't die and the mission failed was because he used the grappling bolt. And she was trained to dampen her instincts as well as her emotions.

Compound bows reduce the amount of strain it requires to hold the draw as the cams create weight let-off at the end of the draw length. But the initial draw weight of 65 pounds would still be the same as a 65 pound recurve. So it's not really easier to draw the bow string back to fire, just a lot easier to hold it after you get it over the apex of the cams.
The grip is also alot heavier than the recurve bow
These two characters, endowed with their wits, training and grit, are the REAL super humans. Come on, their courage in engaging the enemy far outshines those with superpowers; there’s nothing stopping the bad guys from just squishing them should they fail. Respect.

There was a comment I read on a different thread in which they state that it is really interesting how in Avengers 1, Nick mentioned that he always wears a bullet proof vest. This is important as when Hawkeye was under Loki's control (again, knowing how he has great shot), he aimed for Nick's chest but not his head. This may show that he was constantly fighting Loki's control and still knows where to shoot despite being brainwashed. But then again this could be just movie magic in order to keep the plot going and not kill someone off.

The hate Hawkeye gets is undeserved, he is a great father, husband, friend and warrior. Most of the time he saves The Avengers ass.

Clint has a family and has the most important job in the world. He spared black widow and Thor, he inspired scarlet witch. He was on the opposite side in the first half of the first avengers movie and they were losing until he switch sides and they won, and age of ultron he provided a home for the avengers they won, and in infinity war he wasn’t there and they lost, then in endgame he was there and they won. Conclusion: he is the best.
