Chana is my favourite whether it is Black or White and eating it with Puri or Kulche or with Rice gives immense satisfaction. I prefer eating Black Chana with Rice especially on Saturday's as Black channa is dearer to Shani Maharaj 🙏 and eating white chana or chole with Kucha and Bhatura is a deadly and awesome combination 👍👍. Good afternoon dear Aunty and Tanmay- This is a very unique and delectable style of preparation of Kaale Channa gravy . The game is in the perfect cooking of the Channa + the gravy that was prepared. Aunty is so gregarious that she give away all her knowledge to help young chef or foodies like to have a deeper and better understanding about the operative process . The gravy blend itself was mouth watering . My cousin’s wife in UK ( who is basically from Delhi ) is a fab cook . Will share this recipe with her . Will also share it with my family .
