Be careful with the 5HTP, i took the recommended dose on the bottle for a month and got serotonin syndrome!! I was out of it for 7 months after I stopped taking it and got terrible anxiety. I’m sure if you feel fine then you’ll be okay but I was feeling dizzy and anxious and then eventually realized I was taking too much of it

I also wanted to say… I walked past you at sziget and I just thought to myself “wow that girl looks like cartia” but I didn’t think anything of it as I didn’t know you were there at the time, I forgot you had moved to london so it was a possibility you were there. And then I saw on Instagram the day after that you were at the festival and I was SO MAD at myself for not saying hello!! I’ve watched your videos for years and it would have made my DAY!! Still kicking myself haha. Anyway hope you had a good time there and can’t wait to see more of your adventures in London x

Just an FYI, you can’t get the 5-HTP vitamins in Australia because there’s no data to suggest orally ingested vitamins can enter the brain as there’s this barrier around it called the blood brain barrier, and only certain molecules can actually enter via that route. So the TGA (Aus governing body for food and drugs) doesn’t allow them to be marketed here. Love you though!!

How much were you taking of 5htp? I’ve been taking it for years but also have anxiety so I never thought it could be related!
get a water filter!! specifically one with vit c in the filter, helped thicken my hair sooooo much also helped with my skin
