WHAT A ENDING .I am glad it ended and its bittersweet
Its cool seeing vader and palpatine fighting side by side instead of vader doing it by himself
It looks so badass with all the guards behind
Seeing Sidious in action was great
Man this comic was great. I feel bad for Qira as she came somewhat close to ending the sith right then and there. But at least she got to witness their fall at the hands of the alliance.
Thanks for the upload! brilliant as always 👍
Disappointed there was no ancient sith in the fermata cage after all, but I’m glad Qi’ra contributed in someway to freeing the galaxy from the sith, even if she thinks it wasn’t directly because of her. Bittersweet ending as a result but at least she got to see revenge and the demise of the sith and fall of the empire in her lifetime, unlike her former master Maul
14:31 Now, we can have faith that we could see Emilia Clarke could reprise her role as Qi'ra in one of the Future Star Wars Live action spin-offs in "The Mandalorian Era" 9-10 ABY!!!
If we ever see Crimson Dawn again, Cadeliah will probably be their leader. That defenetly would be interesting to see. Qi'ra at this point is nothing more than just a normal civilian somewhere in the galaxy.
Should be in the Book of Boba Fett, but I was disappointed in the first season tbh
@@antmikedavis This already would've spoilered the entire comic-run, which was actively running in 2022.
Biggest Takeaways
1. The Knights of Ren were always servants of Darth Sidious ever since Ren betrayed Qi'ra.
2. Sidious used Amaxine Station as one of Snoke's various personal bases.
3. Sidious likely brought the Fermatta Cage to Exegol for future use.
u forget qira is still alive
4. The comics are still pointlessly bringing up the specter of the Sequels no matter what.
@@jlev1028 The nightmare never ends.!
@@jlev1028 no one cares they are canon will be mentioned so stop crying
@@ryankwon8785 only nightmare is watchingbu cry over this its getting old
While the whole "Fermata cage" arc had been interesting, it was really anticlimactic to see how it all ended with Knights of Ren jumping to lick boots like that when they had an actual chance to get rid of the threat that the Sith posed.😑😑😑
I wish we had gotten to see Vader and Palpatine resist it all on their own to show how unstoppable they are and prove why it was foolish to go against them.
Nothing against the writers😅, but this almost seems like something done to get over this whole thing because they ran out of ideas.
Tbf, the Knights betrayed Qi’ra because they guessed that, as you suggested, Vader and Palpatine could escape on their own anyway.
No definitely offensive to the writers they are untalented uncreative trash creators
The knights of Ren switching sides in a moment when the Sith actually have a realistic chance of being defeated does not really make sense to me. I mean they are one main reason Palps and Vader ended up there and considering they are Sith and the knights should be aware of that very well there is a very high chance of Palps not caring about their "redemption" and just killing them or doing something other cruel to them.
Because of that it feels like the writers just did not have a good idea anymore how to end this whole story line with Crimson Dawn, the Fermata Cage and the knights ending up in Palpatine's service.
The Knights weren't given the full intel on Crimson Dawns plan, so they thought, they were just luring them into a trap, but they will escape it anyway and then Ren and his companions will be screwed, because Palpatine knows their part in sneaking into Vader's castle. So by backstabbing the very people, who hired them, maybe it would bring them into Sidious favour again, which they were obviously wrong with. But at least, he spared their lifes, so they can serve him after that.
Agree 💯 dumbest writing to a good overall story. What the knights did was just stupid and terrible writing.
@@Zen-jp1gb Nah, nah.
What a coincidence! Watched this today on Kyle Katarn's channel, but it was still exciting. RIP Crimson Dawn. The actions of the Knights of Ren sadly gave Palpatine control over the galaxy for one more year/or several months but it was great showing Ren's care for his people. Did expect the 2 cloaked figures to be Luke and Leia.
At first, I was a little gloomy that there was no Sith in the Fermata Cage, but now it's no big deal. He might've been the next Emperor. Also, it seems Miril got trapped in that disc from the Cage, wonder about that...
Also, poor Qi'ra, never knowing she helped to achieve the great win. But Maul must also be given credit. He saw the pontential in Qi'ra and inadvertedly made Sidious afraid(when the Cage opened) and die.
Im honestly disappointed. I wanted another ancient sith to come out and give Vader and Palpatine a run for their money.
And NOT the Knights of Ren catching feelings at the WORST time! The sith offering cookies was only a joke!
@Ristar Sonata their decision seemed so weak and pathetic
@@coldplay261021 I think it was not. They may be cruel bastards, but the way they acted was purely understandable.
Don't you know by now that Disney will always subvert your expectations with Star Wars. They just used bait and switches tactics to try and redeem a failed character they created in Qira to make two of the best characters look like bafoons falling into her trap.
@@Darth-Desire When did they ever tried to redeem her? Give me one, one example!
nice twist with the Knights of Ren switching sides. But the almighty Crimson Dawn boss queen Qira just running away to live anonymously...seems anticlimatic and kinda breaks her character. And then what happens to her next? The ending scene makes her seem like she is still afraid and resigned to her self-exile. But why?
I was hoping for an ancient Sith, but still well done!
The knights of Ren being ultimately as shoehorned, goofy, and hilariously anticlimactic as they were in the sequels what a surprise 🤣
Masterful story telling
14:37
Yay, so great seeing a Chadra-Fan celebrating the victory over Endor!
Thank you for that emotional conclusion!!!
Nice
Good to see palpatine welding lightsaber again
I just now this very moment at 1:51 PM May 8, 2023 finish reading this issue, 9:41 9:46 10:01 😂😂and I knew that was gonna happen to the knights of Ren 😂thinking they were going to forgiven 10:11
Honestly, I think the Archivist is mistaken. Qi'ra's flaw is hubris, rather than loneliness/a lack of trust. As she said when talking about the orphans, she was the main character in the story, so she had to be the one to take put the Sith, and they had to know it.
Thank You
Wow!
So that was the ending of Crimson Dawn and man, was it epic! It took almost 2 years to come to this and I'm glad it's over now.
Edit: My bag of chips wasn't ready for this.
Man... finally seeing this... and it kinda makes me sad... This would of been a perfect way to give Snoke an origin... What if he was the ancient sith that came out of that cage and fought Sidious and Vader and lost.. and then Sidious just used his remains as a meat puppet for the sequels
Qi'ra was a coward, she ran away like a scared little girl once the containment plan failed miserably. She was supposed to die fighting Sidious and Vader face-to-face in order to prove her unyielding defiance to the Sith. She was a bitter woman with poor judgment and fragile resolve. She chose to be an ordinary person in the end, how ironic for a prestigious woman who once unleashed frenzy on the Galaxy.
That was kind of the point they wanted to make: Without her lackeys and weapons she's nothing more than a sad, alone, narcisstic, overconfiedent, untrustworthy egomaniac pedophile would-be crime lord, who wants to stop the Sith and the Emperor, when she herself literally fails because of the same reasons as her rivals - her arrogance and her literal planet-sized ego, a thing she doesn't even realise the moment her "grand plan" began crumbling to pieces.
No, she was reasonable, because only a fool would believe that he has a chance of winning by facing Palpatine and Darth Vader alone, in the same time.
so you have the technology to stop time but you didn't think of a way to get them killed while trapped in there as a insurance policy?
Knight of ren actually make a decent choice there palpatine is really powerful I bet he’s gonna break out in 2 days
Eh… this was a bummer for me. Never in a million years would Palpatine have fallen for that gig. The man subtly orchestrated and executed a plot which turned the entire galaxy upside down eventually gaining him ultimate power. He played the galaxy like a puppet master and was always one step ahead of everyone until his only slip up in failing to believe Vader could be turned. No way these criminals would ever pull this off over him.
It's believable such a powerful weapon exists, that was their advantage. Crimson Dawn itself would've never finished Darth Sidious, not even close.
Just Disney trying to redeem Qira after Solo failed. They sacrifices Vader and Sidious in the process, now they look like incompetent characters instead of threatening sith lords.
@@Darth-Desire So incompetent, that the literally finished off hordes of trained Crimson Dawn-assissins without breaking a sweat and would've eliminated all of Crimson Dawn too, if they didn't got stopped by an ancient superweapon.
@Dr. Uttersass Sidious can literally force choke people across the galaxy and sense the future and people's intentions. Vader can choke people from far distances as well and is a Sith tank who has killed hundredsof Rebel soldiers in one battlesongke handedly. Yet Disney wrote Vader fighting Qira in a duck and Qira walks away, Dr. Aphra shorted Vaders suit out before and walked away from a duck with the greatest duelist in the galaxy. Then Sidious the greatest Sith in a thousand years is dooped by a non- force sensitive in Qira. I'd say Disney sacrificed the integrity of the two most powerful Sith in a thousand years.
@@Darth-DesireThey would've wiped them all from the face of the galaxy with ease, the entire syndicate, but it's good when someone has another tool (the Fermata Cage) in his sleeve. Something both the Rebels and the victim of their force-chokes didn't have.
How did Palpatine fall for that?
Disney.
@@Darth-Desire *The Fermata Cage
because as smart as he is, he isn't infallible?
his overconfidence blinds him, as told by Luke in ROTJ. Not to mention that he is so prideful in his own abilities to the darkside to the point he gets tunnel visioned as shown when he didnt sense Vader about to betray him while zapping Luke
Is this marvel? If so, I'm happy Vader is more bulky than in previous comics. Like you can still make him quick but at least give him some brawn
the end shot looks like mara.
So was that Qi’ra at the end?
looks like mara hence not happy
That's almost a bit too perfect the day before Star Wars Celebration.
That Knights of Ren switch up was lame af ngl. Wish they really did something with an ancient Sith. The whole climax just felt lackluster this way..
It's just brilliant writing.
@@Lr.Laecro.Lirus3445 yeah… Phenomenal writing
@@Gyatso98 Remember, using people will never work out for you, it'll bite you in the ass one way or another.
@@Lr.Laecro.Lirus3445 what are you waffling about?
@@Gyatso98 I just told about the message this scene was trying to convey.
Great video, terrible ending
booooooooooooooo
And ofc the knights of ren ruined it all
Idk
Well this was a rather anticlimactic let down. Seriously this is how this storyline ends? Also glad to see Modern Lucasfilms is still screwing over the Bothans again. I guess their deaths didn’t actually matter after all.
Well, without the two spies the Bothans never could have stolen the plans. See it that way.
u dont reliaze that couple only told the rebellion that the second death star existed, the bothans gave them the plans , if the couple didnt tell them, they would be unprepared for the second one as palpaltine made sure to correct errors of the first DS thus if they didnt know about the death star they wouldnt know to get the plans.
@@da-vidcargill4975 The Rebels didn’t have the plans to the DS2, they only knew it existed and that it was being constructed over Endor. Which is now information they got from the two human Crimson Dawn agents. So either Luke and Leia are wrong here or Mon Mothma is wrong is about the Bothans. Take your pick.
@bioshocker3206 The rebels got the information that Palpatine would be on the second Death Star from the Bothans. So them learning about the second Death Star from another source before using the Bothans to learn more does not contradict that.
LucasArts? You mean Lucasfilm, right?
A long time ago, Vader and Palpatine was perfect villain. Now, almost defeated by Aphra....Q'ira.... saved by Knight of Ren... bad writing....
Correction: Vader defeated Doctor Aphra, they were almost defeated by the Fermata Cage, not anyone in Crimson Dawn themselves, one of the strongest weapons in the galaxy, the last one is true, but it's good writing on part of the Knights.
oh shut up with that bs
@@Lr.Laecro.Lirus3445 Aphra, Fermata Cage.... The same for me.... Vader and Palpatine beaten before return of the Jedi make them anecdotal...
Ren makes the argument that Palpatine and Vader would’ve escaped on their own anyway because it’s Palpatine and Vader.
@@latabledejohnwhills7804 Beaten is the wrong term, let's just use "knocked out of position for a limited time", that's much better.
