@@adrxrokay that’s what I thought you were asking. So it means it’s permanent effect for every battle you play - not just a single battle. Every battle you play with it equipped, it is activated.

Watch tanks with similar play style in tier x and use it. Some tanks are not nicely balanced in low tiers and hence one can also avoid them. Specially with so many op premiums.

This tank has a shit tonnes of armour but is ineffective mostly...you can receive bounces but only if the enemy doesn't know how to pen this tank or the shot is hurried, not aimed. You cannot side scrape as your cheeks are auto-pennable. You cannot hull down as you don't have gun depression. You cannot poke corners - cross manners or straight facing enemies - to shoot as preammo easily pens hull, no matter how you approach the corner. You cannot wiggle and bait the hull as mobility is bad. Icing on the cake is that big alpha gun that only hits if aimed for a good time. Also misses then, sometimes. Forget snap shots!
You are left with a weird tank where you are always confused about how to approach and keep getting penned. You will do big damage often due to the big alpha gun and big hp pool to survive longer. But win games often? NO BOSS! That's it. You cannnot be a decisive one like in another Heavies or meds. Too much team dependant.
Final verdict : Big pile of dung! A 50% wr tank.
