New Seoul Apartment in Gangseo-gu

- I finally moved to a location in Seoul I truly love living in and that's Gangseo-gu. Not too much hustle and bustle here. Great supermarkets, affordable gyms, and awesome places to eat. Soon, I'm going to do a video of Gangseo- gu for everyone who is wondering what it is like. This is my 4th and hopefully last apartment in Seoul. My last two apartments I've been lucky enough to get decent looking apartments. Most teachers aren't that lucky. I have a lot planned in the next two weeks. I hope everyone enjoys the video. what do you think about officetels compared to a 1 bed
@@gametri-eq6ljas long as i have space, I like officetels, however, I much prefer 1 bedroom apts because my bedroom and kitchen are separate. I like having a door that I can close if that makes sense. lol
yo, I want to come to seoul and rent for 2-3 months. How did you find this apartment?
Through my Korean friend who owns a few apartments. He rents them out, but first long periods nit 2-3 months. I would suggest Facebook for short term rentals. HOWEVER, in Korea deposits are extremely high when renting. A deposit can cost between 5 to 10 times the amount of the rent upfront.
