2:10 want to be sure i'm understanding the rules correctly. Doesn't Todd bounce the ball off the wall 2 times here and then a 3rd before going with a brush pass to his 3 rod? Doesn't that 3rd bounce have to be as the pass is happening? thx.
In this instance the second bounce off the wall isn't considered a bounce because the ball didn't travel far enough away from the wall. Sometimes the ball will get "trapped" close to the wall and it takes multiple tries to get the ball "off" the wall. All of the attempts to do so are considered one wall. Although this situation could have been argued as being a third wall there was no ref present to call it.
