INVEST FEST 2023: DAY 2 - BTS | FASHION MUSEUM, SPLATTER, & GOOD EATS

day 2 in the ATL.
went to a super DOPE fashion museum, a paint spot called Splatter, insomnia cookies, & ponce market. details, including prices, are listed below.
Hotel #2: Marriott Marquis Atlanta | 265 Peachtree Center Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 | personal rating: 9/10 - room was clean but the bathroom didn't have a stand up shower ... in 2023 ............. views was amazing. chileeeeeeeeee, the elevator goes FAST - BEWARE!
Restaurant #1: Rosie's Coffee Café | 48 Northside Dr. Atlanta, GA 30313 | Meal: SHRIMP & GRITS | personal rating: 8/10 - food was savory - i prefer my shrimp & grits to be sweet & savory. our waiter was really nice; however, we did try to substitute a few items since neither one of us eats meat and was told in the future we cant do substitutions, therefore i will not be returning. dope spot though - just isn't for me due to the lack of accommodations.
Museum: SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film | 1600 Peachtree Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30309 | Cost: $5 with student ID - purchased tickets online & they didn't verify ID, $10 without student ID | personal rating: 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wear a jacket, coat, blanket - SOMETHING, it is FREEZING in there! for content creators, park in the garage on the 4th floor - parking is free. you will see a grassy area, perfect spot to take content pictures. they have chairs and a ton of open space. you can also access the area from the museum. :)
Cookiesssss: Insomnia Cookies | Location closest to Ponce Market | IYKYK!!!!!!
Various Shops: Ponce Market | 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308 | features a ton of dope shops & restaurants, some were black owned | parking isn't free - we paid under $3 for an hour or so.
Painting: The Splatter Studio | 792 North Highland Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30306 | Cost: $44.99 - i didn't get the bodysuit. the poncho worked just fine. i did remove my shoes as suggested. we were also able to select the music we wanted to listen to. it took about a day and half for the painting to dry.
Restaurant #2: Tassili's Raw Reality Restaurant | 1059 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30310 | personal rating: 10/10 - the food was sooooooooo good and FRESH. customer service was pretty good, nice lil vibe.
