I have the same issue with all matte eye looks! Sometimes I do enjoy a bright neon matte on the lid though and typically I have to double up the layers then wipe off the excessive fallout. Lol I love the look!! As usual of course. 😊 Loved hearing from the pup! 🐶 😉

I really think the art/packaging behind this collection is the best of the year. This whole collection is gorgeous, but once I looked beyond the packaging, I don't really like a lot of the shades since everything is extremely warm toned so I passed and got Scott Barnes Snatural2. I love cool tones so can't wait to review it. This is beautiful girl! 🥰
I love how these all turned out. Sooooo pretty. I would never feel comfortable in that bright purple lipstick but you are working it. The blush looks great on you too. I’m glad you found a way to use it that makes you happy. I am a medium/tan olive tone lady and I don’t know why but I never like myself in very visible blush or bright lips. Other people say it’s pretty. My husband complements me every time I wear a red lip but I always feel silly. Like the expression “it’s wearing me not I’m wearing it”. Lol. I picked up the palette bundle and the liners. Can’t wait! Also those brushes are stunningly beautiful and if they haven’t sold out by the next time I have spending money I’m getting those too.

Alecia from Kinky Sweat used those lighter blush shades (the first two I think) as blush toppers on the deeper ones and that looked so stunning on her! I’m pale af so prob wouldnt show up the same on me, but they were so pretty on a deeper skin tone.
Never thought I'd be saying this but my favorite look this time was the giant wing one. Something about that purple with the gold and especially once you added that iridescent lavender for the inner corner it was just a really beautiful unique look! Also I pretty much never do all matte looks either, everytime I try I just feel like it looks bla so I end up adding shimmer lol!😂
I just bought the palette with one of the neutral lipsticks from their regular line.. I thought it seemed too close to the Antidote palette, but the colors are deeper and richer, which could make these two palettes the perfect combo.. 🥰 Great looks, per usual!!

I ordered the eyeshadow palette, the 3 gel liners, and an older green liner. I kind of wanted the blush palette but I've bought a lot of blush lately, and at least 3 of the shades won't work for me. This palette gives me autumnal vibes. I ordered 2 Gucci lipsticks during the sale as well. Penny Beige looks great on you. The hoodie in the third look is fantastic!
I thought all the looks you did were absolutely stunning..I've never seen a look that you did look meh..I love your applications due to the fact I also have hooded eyes and that really helps me out with eyeshadow and liner application...thanks for a superb review !!
I feel like I can't do quick easy matte looks on myself because I have slightly hooded eyes and they tend to crease when its only matte shades used. If I spend time and add a matte cream base, then the matte shadow, its fine...but I don't always feel like the extra work! So I throw on a shimmer and go! haha!
I know this isnt technically one and done cause I use more then one shadow but this is what I do: I'll take three eyeshadows in the same color family like one tone apart from each other like yellow and I'll do full look using 3 shades that way it looks like it's only one shade but it takes care of any patchiness and gives ability to add a little depth in the crease and looks really nice. I've done all yellow and all orange looks like that. I keep all the shades no darker then light medium tone. So a pale yellow, light yellow and light medium yellow. That way when it's done it still looks like 1 shade. An I always pack the shade on the lid first that way there's no chance for patchiness. An you can do this all with one shade but always pack the the lid first and that will eliminate your chances for patching. An I love adding a see through sparkly shade on the matte lid at the end just to add a little something special or I'll keep the matte look and just add sparkly to inner corner. It's a very fresh face look. Plus I'm an eyeshadow addict so using only 1 shade is so hard for me. Love the looks you created! I love your content girl. I'm trying to not buy so much so I'm not watching as much makeup videos as I use to but when I need to see a review I run to you girl!!

I love a statement shimmer lid, but I also adore an all matte look. If you have a good base and pigmented mattes that adhere well, you can do so much. Using my light pastely shades on the lid or a deep smoky eye. I usually get along with Melts mattes for those kinds of looks.
You made some beautiful looks. I so want this palette but my one experience with melt's mattes muerte palette wasn't great. I swear you make everything look magical.

This opinion is just a me thing but I enjoy hearing or seeing pets or other ppl slightly in videos because it reminds us that hey you’re a real person that has a life outside of their camera many times people can forget that Content Creators are people just like you and I but have a talent and love for makeup, and just wanted to find others who have the same love of makeup some reach reach huge fame and fortune while others reach really good numbers maybe just not millions. I really enjoyed this video I can’t personally afford Melt prices but a Beesh can still love and watch the products in action thanx Annette for another great video xo.

I'm not sure if this comment is relevant or helpful but I hope it is. I am / was in love with makeup my whole life but then hit a slump and didn't even care anymore. During the lockdowns I restarted watching makeup videos here and got inspired. I started doing eyeshadow looks again and started feeling a bit more like myself. I'm not 100% at my best yet but makeup has helped my mental health so much. I hope your eyeshadow look made you feel better! if it did, don't let it go!
I almost bought this palette with the blush palette. But backed out. I am just not that crazy about the color story because I feel I already have shades like these. I was so drawn to last years release but missed it. I would have loved to get those palletes but now they are not being sold or are crazy expensive to get 2nd hand. Oh well. They just have to put that on there because red dyes can stain ur lids and sometimes irritate if ur sensitive to certain pigments. In europe those are considered safe, they just arent in the states yet
