- The guys head north to the Land of Lincoln for a public land rut hunt. Day 1 was spent scouting pressure and for sign and on day two action starts early and often!

This is the Pheonix - believe its the 2016 model! After I got mine in 2018 I let my brother and Dad shoot it... they both switched to Obsessions the next season. So smooth!
@@southernrootsOD very nice bow! Iv owned about 20 different Obsessions loved all of them different in their own ways for sure, but they are fast and rock solid bows!

What is all required in order to hunt public In Illinois archery? Do you have to be drawn or can you buy oc license and tags?
Archery tags are over the counter but not limitless. The state only sells a certain number of OTC archery tags each year.
The last 2 seasons for everything you need it costs about $480
